As the AI-Powered Growth Strategist on the Build Team, you are a growth architect responsible for uncovering the next $5B+ in channel opportunities across Worldwide Sales Programs. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, business development, and AI-powered execution, turning whitespace opportunities into fully funded, end-to-end growth initiatives.
Thinking like a General Manager and moving like a startup founder, you will leverage AI to amplify your impact, designing comprehensive "feed to store" plans that cross-functional teams rally behind and execute. This is not a traditional analytical role; you are a one-person powerhouse who moves from opportunity identification to execution in weeks, ensuring the organization never enters a planning cycle empty-handed.
Identify Growth
Pinpoint where the next $5B+ in channel growth lives across markets, partners, audiences, and product categories, and build the actionable plan to capture it.
Design End-to-End Plans
Architect comprehensive "feed to store" growth plans that include audience strategy, content approach, partner activation, deployment models, funding requests, and measurement frameworks.
Drive Alignment
Lead cross-functional alignment globally. Bring together Product Marketing, Marcom, Finance, Geo teams, and Partner Development to secure buy-in and keep teams moving cohesively.
Secure Funding
Build compelling business cases that earn financial backing. Model the investment, return, phasing, and risk to make funding decisions easy for Finance.
Localize Strategy
Collaborate with geo strategy teams to adapt global growth frameworks for local markets, bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution.
Leverage AI
Build the analytical infrastructure that makes you dangerous. Create custom agents, automate competitive monitoring, model scenarios, and size markets at a speed and depth that typically requires a 10-person team.
Deliver Executable Playbooks
Hand off fully funded, aligned growth initiatives to the Run team, ensuring multiple lines of business are committed to execution.
Proven track record in strategic growth, business development, or corporate strategy with a strong instinct for identifying whitespace opportunities and deal-making. Deep financial fluency; ability to build robust investment theses, return models, and measurement frameworks to successfully drive funding conversations. Exceptional cross-functional credibility with the ability to align diverse stakeholders (e.
g. , PM, Finance, Marcom, Geo VPs) on complex plans in a single session. Advanced AI mastery; practical experience building agents, automating data pipelines, and creating repeatable workflows to model scenarios and accelerate output.
Strong end-to-end strategic ownership; capable of driving an initiative from initial opportunity identification through funding approval and execution handoff. High degree of autonomy and self-direction; ability to operate proactively based on data and market gaps without needing sequential approvals or a large support team.
Deep understanding of the global retail and channel landscape, particularly within the consumer electronics or technology sectors. Keen competitive awareness of major industry players (e. g.
, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo) and how their retail and channel moves impact market dynamics. Entrepreneurial or startup founder experience, demonstrating extreme resourcefulness, speed, and the ability to build your own tools when none exist. Experience working within a global matrix organization, successfully translating high-level global frameworks into actionable local market strategies.
