Lead Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack . NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, . NET, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and Blazor.
• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and SQL.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead and mentor a small development team.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Establish and maintain coding, testing, documentation, and version-control standards.
• Support CI/CD practices and continuous improvement of the development process.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance, security, and code quality.
• Identify opportunities for refactoring and modernization of existing applications.

Required Skill

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET and C#.
• Strong experience with Angular and Blazor.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Previous experience as a technical lead or team lead.
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, testing, and secure development practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $60. 00 - $65. 00 per hour
