Applied AI Product Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Applied AI Product Manager with 8–10 years of product management experience, including experience building AI-powered products and using Generative AI/Agentic AI in product development. The ideal candidate will own product vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs, customer outcomes, and ROI while working with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, UX, and delivery.

Main Skills & Experience Required

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management / Lean Product Management.
• 3+ years of enterprise-scale product experience across multiple business areas.
• 1+ year of experience building AI-based / AI-powered products.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for product management activities.
• Strong experience with Product Strategy, Product Vision, Roadmaps, KPIs, ROI, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with Customer Research, User Research, Competitive Analysis, and Data-Driven Product Management.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered product development.
• Experience using AI for research, requirements, product discovery, prototyping, testing, and decision-making.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, hallucination, bias, model drift, and responsible AI.
• Experience with modern AI/agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Co-work, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/Design, Business, and Delivery.
• Ability to manage products in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading projects/workstreams and mentoring team members.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs, ROI, value, and viability.
• Identify customer and business problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Conduct customer/user research and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, Business, and Delivery teams.
• Leverage GenAI and Agentic AI to accelerate research, experimentation, prototyping, requirements, and product development.
• Establish appropriate AI guardrails, evaluation processes, and monitoring.
• Drive continuous experimentation, learning, and product improvement.
• Build AI-powered prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
• Remove obstacles and help teams deliver continuous customer and business value.

Pay: $60. 00 - $65. 00 per hour

Expected hours: 40. 0 per week
