Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product & Customer Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SaaS marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market execution, with a strong ability to translate customer insights into effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Lead product launches, go-to-market planning, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Oversee product messaging, brand positioning, digital marketing, and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and marketing metrics to improve results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, SaaS, or related fields.
• Proven experience in product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement.
• Strong background in B2B marketing, market research, and product positioning.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, e-commerce, or software development processes is a plus.

Pay: $108,800.00 - $140,900.00 per year
