The Senior Manager, GSS India- provides leadership and governance for ISOC and its expanding JAPAC support mandate, while strengthening regional incident readiness and business resilience.

The role integrates security operations center governance, intelligence-led monitoring, Incident Management Team (IMT) preparedness, incident coordination, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and continuous improvement into a coherent operating model. This is a senior, critical leadership role with accountability for outcomes, readiness, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

Day-to-day monitoring and control room execution remain with the ISOC operational leadership and analyst teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. ISOC Leadership & Governance

  • Provide end-to-end leadership and governance for ISOC performance, service delivery, operating procedures, service

levels, escalation protocols, quality, and risk controls.

  • Guide the evolution of ISOC as a scalable, intelligence-driven regional hub supporting India and JAPAC.
  • Ensure effective 24x7 monitoring, triage, notification, escalation, incident documentation, and employee assistance support.
  • Establish meaningful performance indicators, trend analysis, assurance reviews, and leadership reporting.
  • Drive process standardization, technology enablement, automation, workforce capability, and continuous improvement in

partnership with GSS Technology and Systems.

JAPAC Regional

Support

  • Lead the operational readiness and phased expansion of ISOC support for JAPAC, including service scope, coverage,

handoffs, escalation pathways, and regional operating protocols.

  • Work closely with the Regional Director, JAPAC, regional GSS leaders, and in-country stakeholders to align ISOC support

with regional priorities and global GSS standards.

  • Promote consistent regional situational awareness, risk monitoring, incident visibility, and timely escalation across

supported markets.

  • Ensure ISOC regional support complements, and does not replace, local response ownership and country-specific

requirements.

3. Incident Management Team Readiness & Coordination

  • Support the Regional GSS Lead in maintaining IMT readiness, governance, rosters, activation protocols, escalation criteria,

and supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate IMT preparedness activities, including periodic touchpoints, tabletop exercises, simulations, training, and

lessons-learned reviews.

  • Enable effective incident coordination through timely situational awareness, action tracking, Emergency Notification System support, meeting records, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support After-Action Reviews and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Maintain alignment among the regional IMT, local Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), the Corporate Crisis Management

Team (CMT), GSOC, and ISOC.

4. Business Continuity & Operational Resilience

  • Coordinate GSS India Business Continuity Planning requirements in alignment with 1-Adobe Enterprise Resilience (1-AER),

enterprise BCP processes, and applicable Site Recovery Plans.

  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders on Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), continuity plans, recovery priorities,

and testing or assurance activities.

  • Connect BCP, incident management, emergency response, and site recovery arrangements to support a coordinated

response and recovery model.

  • Maintain current, controlled, and audit-ready documentation, with clear ownership and remediation tracking.
  • Identify resilience gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities and provide transparent reporting to leadership.

5. Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work as an integrated partner with India Security Operations, Security Systems & Technology, and Environmental Health &

Safety / Safety leadership to ensure coordinated delivery across people, places, and technology.

  • Partner with Site Operations and Safety teams during incidents, exercises, recovery activities, and operational readiness

reviews.

  • Build effective relationships with regional GSS leaders, Employee Experience, Employee Communications, Legal,

Corporate Risk, Adobe Technology Services, Global Site Operations, Travel, and other subject matter experts.

  • Clarify roles, decision rights, handoffs, and escalation paths across partner functions to prevent duplication and strengthen

accountability.

6. Governance, Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare concise executive briefings, dashboards, decision papers, and incident or resilience updates for India and regional

leadership.

  • Maintain SOPs, playbooks, control documentation, action trackers, and governance rhythms for the role portfolio.
  • Use operational data, incident trends, exercise findings, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements and

investment needs.

  • Support budget planning, supplier governance, workforce planning, audit actions, and capability development relevant to

ISOC and resilience.

Key Working Relationships

  • Internal: Director, India Safety & Security; India Security Operations Lead; Security Systems & Technology Lead;

Environmental Health & Safety / Safety Lead; ISOC operational leadership and analysts.

  • Regional: Regional Director, JAPAC; country and regional GSS leaders; GSOC; relevant JAPAC stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional: Global Site Operations, Employee Experience, Employee Communications, Legal, Corporate Risk, Adobe

Technology Services, Travel, Enterprise Resilience, and other IMT members.

  • External: Service providers and suppliers supporting ISOC, risk monitoring, emergency notification, continuity, and

specialist response capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience; professional certifications in security, incident

management, emergency management, or business continuity are preferred.

  • Progressive experience in security operations, security operations center leadership, incident or crisis management,

business continuity, resilience, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or governing a SOC, GSOC, ISOC, or comparable 24x7 operational environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional incident response, exercises, After-Action Reviews, and corrective action programs.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, or time zones, preferably within JAPAC.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and governance capabilities.
  • Credential such as CPP, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CEM, MBCI, ICS Certifications, will be an added
