Job Description

Adobe is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in building reliable, scalable, and user-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Develop and integrate APIs and software components.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with software development practices and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary range: $120,000 – $190,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and job level. Actual compensation may vary and may include additional benefits or incentives.
